In the context of recruitment and payroll services we need to collect relevant data so we, or an approved employer, can:
find suitable work opportunities and contact you about them,
check you are eligible to work in the UK
and have the necessary bank and tax information to pay you correctly.
To Reassure You
We are Keystone Employment Group registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a Data Controller, as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998 (Registration number Z5721807).
We do not share your email addresses with third parties. You will only receive email communications in respect of new work opportunities or current assignments from Keystone staff and/or managers from an approved employer.
You can deactivate your profile at anytime online.
All data is captured and sent using 128 bit SSL encryption (the little padlock symbol displayed in your browser bar).
Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt as a password hashing algorithm
Bank details are stored in an encrypted format blowfish encryption algorithm and only ever displayed back using the last few characters, e.g. XX-XX-75 (sort code) XXXX9876 (account number).
We store your data in the UK in a ISO 27001:2005 certified data centre.
